The organization is supervised by a seven-member Advisory Board, composed of youth development professionals, gender and human rights activists, health specialists, and peace activists. The Board Members are dedicated and self-motivated to ensure the smooth running of the organization. The Board is responsible for formulating policy, reviewing and approving strategic plans and budgets, monitoring the organization’s performance and progress, assisting in fundraising efforts, and helping to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Executive Director is responsible for implementing policies formulated by the Advisory Board; he is assisted by a Programme Manager, Programme Officer, Finance & Administrative Manager, Project Officers, and volunteers.
