The organisation is supervised by a seven-member Board of Trustees, comprising experts in youth development, gender and human rights advocacy, healthcare, economic development, and peace activism. These dedicated and self-motivated Board Members play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of YOVI Ghana. Their responsibilities include formulating policies, reviewing and approving strategic plans and budgets, monitoring organizational performance and progress, supporting fundraising efforts, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The implementation of these policies is supervised by the Executive Director, who is supported by a strong management team. This team includes the Programme Manager, Finance Manager, Gender & Social Inclusion Manager, Communications Manager, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager.
