Abdul-Latif is a PhD Candidate in the Transdisciplinary Sustainability Program at Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland. He has expertise in leadership, project management, sustainability, environmental policy, food security, climate change, and entrepreneurship. Abdul has co-founded a successful NGO in Ghana and has experience leading international volunteers. He has published articles on various topics and is actively involved in committees and organizations related to environmental and social issues. Abdul’s current research focuses on using agricultural innovation and circular economy principles to improve food security in Newfoundland and Labrador by utilizing industrial by-products in greenhouse farming.
