Madam Agatha worked as a Grants and Finance Officer for World Education Incorporated (WEI) at the Tamale field office from 2019 until January 2023. WEI is a private voluntary organization based in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to that, she served as a Finance and Grants Specialist for the ACDIVOCA Ghana ADVANCE II project from 2014 to 2018. She also has experience working with other organizations such as Savanna Farmers Marketing Company Limited, ACDEP, and Social Security Bank Limited, among others.

Madam Agatha is a proud old girl of Navrongo Senior High School. She obtained a BSc (B. COM) degree from the University of Cape Coast and a Commonwealth Executive Masters of Business Administration (CEMBA) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
