Suhuyini Karmil is an experienced Gender, Diversity, and Social Inclusion Specialist with over a decade of experience advancing gender equity and social inclusion. Her expertise spans gender analysis, policy advocacy, and capacity building, with a strong focus on creating inclusive environments that addresses systemic inequalities. Suhuyini has worked with international development organizations, including SNV Ghana, Plan International Ghana, CDD-Ghana, and CARE International Ghana, where she successfully led and supported numerous initiatives empowering marginalized communities, particularly women, youth, and persons with disabilities (PWDs). Currently, Suhuyini serves as the Senior Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Manager at DAI. She is passionate about enhancing sustainable development through inclusive policies and practices, remaining committed to driving positive change in her community and beyond.
