YOVI recognises that young people face unique challenges related to sexual and
reproductive health. In line with our commitment to youth development, the organisation
offers a range of comprehensive SRHR services. This includes providing accurate and
age-appropriate information about sexual health, family planning, safe sex practices,
and preventing sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV/AIDS. To reach
vulnerable groups, YOVI implements outreach programmes that target marginalized
youth, including those from low-income communities, and those living in remote areas
with limited access to healthcare facilities. The organisation also conducts awareness
campaigns in selected schools and communities to break the stigma surrounding sexual
health and promote open dialogue about these crucial themes. Through partnerships
with Ghana Health Service, NGOs, and other government agencies, YOVI ensures that
young people have access to affordable and confidential SRHR services. Through
empowering youth with knowledge and access to healthcare, YOVI strives to improve
the overall well-being and reproductive choices of young individuals.
